Developed using my background in mechanical engineering and woodworking, this system focuses on fast tool changes, strong retention, and long-term flexibility—without over-complication.

- Design Advantages -
• Magnetic Quick-Lock Connection – Fully embedded magnets actively pull the locking lugs together with a satisfying “CLUNK,” creating a strong, repeatable connection with superior retention compared to magnetic-only connectors.
• No Male / Female Ends – There are no dedicated “male” or “female” connectors. The only difference between connectors is the internal seal plate. Every connector includes both seal options, allowing you to configure it based on your setup and purchase only according to hose or tool size.
• Modular & Future-Proof – Swap tools, reconfigure your system, or expand later without replacing everything.

- Retention Styles -
There are two retention options available: 'Magnetic only' or 'Magnetic + Lock Pin'.
All connectors are already held securely by the embedded magnets. The Lock Pin is optional, but adds an additional mechanical lock for maximum security in situations where vibration or hose movement is a concern.

Recommended Setup:
• Magnetic + Lock Pin for flex hose connections
• Magnetic Only for tool ports
All connectors share the same locking geometry, allowing flex hoses to mechanically lock at every connection point while keeping tool changes fast and simple.

All connectors will be pre-assembled using tool-side seal, with the exception of the Flex Hose, which will come pre-assembled with the vac-side seal. Connectors can easily be reconfigured with seals depending on user need.

- Materials & Manufacturing -
• 3D printed using PETG
• Designed and tested in a real working shop
• Made to order
• Minor surface texture may be visible due to the 3D printing process (does not affect fit or performance)

- Warranty & Part Replacement -
If you damage a component or need to replace a single part without purchasing a full connector assembly, just reach out! I offer free replacement for 1 year, including normal wear and tear. I stand behind the design and want these to last in real shops.

I have battling with different types of 4 inch dust connections for years and tried at least four different types. each with severe limitations. The last one was a magnetic one which I though would work. It worked, but dont wiggle the connection as it comes apart. The connection onto my drum sander required two types of fittings to get it connected, and when I opened the dust shroud the duct hose became disconnected. The dust junkie solved all these problems. Simple to connect without additional fittings, slipped together and stayed, even without being locked, as well as supplied with steel 4 inch clamps with finger fittings so I dont have to go and buy 4 inch bands. I dont have to get a small socket or screw driver to tighten or loosen it. Well packed on delivery. My kudos whoever designed and manufactured these. You have solved the problem without any reservations. Nice to see something well designed and made. Not the cheapest in town, but worth the extra.
