Shipping & Processing Policy

Processing & Lead Times All of our items are made-to-order and manufactured directly in our workshop. Because we custom print and build our products, processing times vary by item complexity:

  • Standard Items: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for production and packaging.

  • Custom or Large Orders: Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for production, quality testing, & packaging.

Note: Processing time is the time it takes to manufacture and prepare your order and is separate from the time it takes the carrier to deliver your package.

Shipping Rates & Transit Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Damages & Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at kekapdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the packaging/damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
